There are various Winnt folders for specific Programs but nothing with
Registration Database or Distributed COM. Out of the blue, the other server
(SBS 2003 Premium) started to have the same problem as of Sunday night. So I
can not compare it.

This is way above my knowledge in SBS. However I can see COM+ Programs and

WE do not Trend Micro. We run Symantec AV v9.0 Multi-Tier Protection.
However there has been quite a few errors regarding Symantec AV deleting some
viruses with access denied messages. As well as Symantec license
expiry/corruption.
