Hi Alex,
Thanks for the email.
As you mentioned, I understand that the current issue only occurs when you
are choosing "Premium" option, after you have ran the CEICW and created a
Web Server Certificate.
I appreciate your collected information, to troubleshoot the current issue,
please kindly refer to the following information:
1. I have checked the Screen shot of the IIS MMC, I found the error
"ExchDav, The system cannot find the path specified".
Based on my experience, we create the Virtual Directory "ExchDav" only for
workaround SSL connections of OMA and Exchange ActiveSync. However, we
don't need to create the Virtual Directory "ExchDav" in IIS, if we are
using the SBS Server. Please safely delete this Virtual Directory in the
IIS.
More information:

or

2. I have checked the IIS log files, found many 404 and 401 errors, based
on my research, please help me double-check these steps:
At the server side:
a. Clear the IIS server files. To do so, follow these steps:
1) Go to your "%SystemRoot%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files" (C:\WINDOWS\IIS
Temporary Compressed Files or C:\WINNT\IIS Temporary Compressed Files)
directory.
2) Select all of the content in this directory and delete it.
3) Click Start->Run, type "iisreset" (without the quotes) and click OK to
restart the IIS services.
At the client side:
a. Open IE, and go to Tools -> Internet Options.
b. Select Delete Files, check "Delete all offline files" and click OK to
confirm that you want to delete the content. Then check if the issue
disappears. Please also delete Cookies and then try again.
3. I also have checked the Exchange Server Setup Progress log file, and
found many errors in this setup log file. Therefore, if the issue still
persists, we may need to re-install the IIS and then reapply the Exchange
2003 SP1. Thanks for the understanding.
