Seems response so quickly:

>From your description, the issue should exists on the Exchange side, it did
not relate to companyweb, so we can focus the issue on the Exchange side.
So I suggest you try to send a test email to that DL group to see if the
issue still exists or not?

By the ways, if you only create a test DL and add some internal domain user
to DL, is it possible to reproduce the issue? You can right click the DL,
you will find a choice to set the NDR to send to the Owner of the DL, then
please specify a user as the DL owner, reproduce the issue. To see if you
can receive any NDR from exchange, please paste the NDR message to
newsgroup, so that we can identify what is the real problem.
