Not relevant if you're trying to connect on the LAN - I mean the Windows
firewall on the workstation you're trying to connect to. You need to make
sure the exceptions are set to allow incoming remote desktop connections,
etc.

Did you try this on the LAN using the remote desktop client, as I suggested?
