Hello Jenny,
In reply to your discussion post about adding a fax publish ability in the
registry of SBS2003 SP1 please read below.
I followed the steps in your last post but found that the registry tree was
a little different on our server. I followed your instructions line by line
and added the SBSFAX~1.DLL key with no change is performance. After that I
added a key under “routing methods” (which was one level deeper than yours)
and named it “Publish”. I used all the same settings as yours but didn’t
know what directory to put in the “Image Name” string.
The result I got was that there were now no available fax routing methods in
the wizard or in the fax routing tree in the server manager. I think I’m on
the right track adding the Publish key to the current Email, Folder, Printing
keys in the registry but obviously something is wrong somewhere.
Your help is appreciated. The logs you requested are attached.
