Make sure Remote Desktop is enabled in your laptop, that it has the proper
exception set in the firewall, and that your user account is part of the
Remote Web Workplace users group (which should be in the "allowed to connect
remotely" properties of RD on the laptop).
Remove RWW from the picture right now and try to use the Remote Desktop
Client on some computer on your network to access your workstation via
hostname.
