Re: Trend - CSM



Generally, that's resolved by uninstalling and re-installing the client on
the affected machine - in this case the SBS server. Uninstall can be done
from add/remove programs - or might be on the start menu.

Once it's uninstalled, ensure the computer name is not showing in the
security console - if it is, and it might still be, given that communication
isn't happening - delete it from the console.

To re-install the client - browse to the share and run autopcc.exe to
re-install. Note: don't do this over a terminal server session, you need to
be at the console of the SBS.

Make sure the trend firewall is not enabled.
