RE: Problem Running Romote Access Wizard on new installation

I went into the ISA 2004 server manager and turned off the firewall and then
the RAW ran ok, I guess I don't understand why I had to do that or if that
was something I should not have done. Is it safe to just turn it back on?
While in ISA I noticed a couple of things that are also concerning me;
1. The firewall service uptime just has a red X and question marks as if it
doesn't know how long it has been running?
2. Alerts: has configuration errors for static routes that I have entered in
RRAS. I have a VPN device on the LAN side and need the static routes to
support it. Why is ISA complaining about them?
