Thanks for your update!
However it is recommended you try my steps to try to apply the SBS 2003
SP1, if you want to rebuild server, you can do as you want to.
Please post back when you need further assistance to the issue. I am happy

We are going to rebuild the server this weekend, do a dbl migration, we
don't have time to try anything else with it. The owner of the server like
to tweak the registry, we are sure he has done something to it.
The reason he hired us was because he hosed up his last server. We warned
him about doing it to this box.
