Thanks for posting here!
To create one user profile, you can refer to the following steps:
1. Logon the client computer with another Administrator user account, copy
the user profile content to another location.
2. Then please delete the user profile and then logoff the computer.
3. Logon the computer with the user account, and system will create a new
folder for the user, then copy the original profile content to the new
created folder.
4. Then logoff and then re-logon the compute with the user account, how
about the result?
