RE: RPC Problem

Hi Nathan
I was forced to restore the system state from a backup, now all is working
again. The strange thing is that the registry keys yoy mention were not in
the registry anymore. I even tried uninstalling the Microsoft Client and then
reinstalling it (read that this should uninstall and reinstall the RPC
services) but that didnt help. I had restarted the server numerous times but
that didnt help either. Also it seemed that the server was creating traffic
to the internet all the time.
But after the restore of system state, we take a full backup every night to
tape, everything is great again, so now i will try to get the vpn connection
to a remote site up and working which is when we got the problem in the first
place.
Anyway I think its great that this group exists and i really like the SBS
2003, so thanks for the help
Regards
Simon
