Just FYI - I posted the question to my fellow server MVPs and I'm waiting. I
can't promise they will answer it, but if the do... I will post it here.
This is very uncommon scenario (although interesting), not only on SBS-land
but in general. I suggest that you post a question on the IIS newsgroup
asking how to create a self-signed cert that has multiple Common Name
(CN)... you might get better luck there. Of course, post back the answer
here if you get it.

AFAIK... it doesn't. Back in Win2k the cert wizard did not support even
requesting them (much less creating one of your own). I'm not sure what's
the deal now in 2k3... but that's another good question to ask on an IIS
group.
