You'll have to post the entire backup log, that one piece doesn't give
enough info.

UPHClean?. OK, supposedly it's supported on WS2k3, but I've never used it.
Not that it's related to the backup failing. You probably get that one every
time the backup user account exits? Including successful backups. Perhaps
you can confirm that.
