RE: Microsoft FAX problem in SBS 2003

HI Eric,

Thanks for updates.

After discussing with our Dev team, we think the problem should be caused
by the hardware, we can not reproduce the issue. We suggest you check if
there are any updates for your fax modem.

Meanwhile, when you choose printing for the incoming fax, have you
configured the fax printer on the fax console on SBS server, we have
checked that we can use select different paper for fax printer.

Thanks for understanding on this issue. We can only control the paper size
at this location if the problem still exists, it might be caused by the
printing drivers. We suggest you also contact vendor for this issue.

Best regards,

Charles Yang (MSFT)

| Hello, I'm running in the same issue about the paper size. It doesn't
choose
| the right paper source. If I receive a legal it prints it on a letter and
if
| I setup the printer with Legal when I receive a letter it prints it on
legal.
| How to make the printer chose the right paper size regarding the incoming
fax?
|
| Thank you,
| Eric
