New install of ISA 2004 on SBS Premium

I have anew SBS server with Premium, but have not yet installed ISA at all.
It would seem to make sense to install it "fresh" with the 2004 version.
How would I get the update such that I can install this version. My disks
have ISA 2000 on them.
