Re: VPN Intermittently disconnecting over excellent wireless signal



It seems to me that you've narrowed the problem to the laptop since you're
not having connectivity issues from the desktop PC. In that case, I'd be
looking at updated NIC drivers, settings in the NIC configuration (I'd start
by making sure it's set at the default), and checking for similar problems
on the NIC mfr's web site.

I support 2 brands of laptops that use Intel cards, and both mfrs have
recently released driver updates for older cards that address common
problems. So even if yours is not an Intel, I'd update the drivers to see
if that helps.
