Hello Tom,
Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup. I'm glad to working with you
again.
To isolate this issue, please refer to the following information:
1. Does this issue occur when you are using the POP3 or IMAP4 services?
2. What's the version of the problematic Outlook client?
3. Based on my testing, I can successfully connect to Exchange Server with
the UserName or UserName@xxxxxxxxxxxx formats. In order to narrow down this
issue, please make a screen shot of the issue, and attach the file in your
reply.
4. Please also check if you are using the domain.local/username format to
logon, what's the result?
5. If you only use the username to logon, do you receive any error
message, please make a screen shot of the error message, and attach the
file in your reply.
I appreciate your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please feel
free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Nathan Liu (MSFT)
