Re: REDIR.ASP file in use - access denied when installing Exchange 2003 SP1



Hi Nathan,

Thanks for your response - was quick.

I've resolved the issue although i'm not sure why this occurred in the
first place. I noticed that it was not the specific file that was
causign the problem but the BIN folder within the EXCHWED folder. I was
not able to create or modify any files/folders in there.
To resolve the problem i gave the 'Server Operators' group Full Control
on the folder permissions for 'BIN'.

As soon as this was done the install worked fine. I was then able to
install SBS SP1, XPSP2 Deployment pack and the Exchange 2003 SP2. I've
since added the registry Key in and now have a default Mailstore size
of 25GB.
