License for a member server

Hello,

SBS 2003 SP1 with 15 XP Pro SP2 clients and 1 Windows 2003 member server

I'm trying to make this member server a BDC with AD. According art id 327644
I changed the licensing mode on the W2003 server. After that I want to give
in the number of Cals that are installed on the SBSserver.
I get the msg: You do not have the proper access priviliges to complete this
operation. I logged in as domain administrator. What am I doing wrong this
time?

Regards Dieter
