Outlook Web Access loses bits

Hi
When I call Outlook web access locally (viz. from the LAN) everything is OK.
If I cann it from outside by Http://<IP Address>/Exchange/Jack it loads up,
but with no formatting or graphics on the pages. Please oh please what am I
doing wrong ???? Thanks
