You don't run the ISA wizard just the SBS one.
I could have sworn that I had to put IE proxy settings in my SBS 2003 box with ISA 2000?

Yes, thank you. I've contacted Microsoft Disitribution to asked for my Win SBS 2003 SP1 CDs.
I've ran the connect to internet wizard in Server Management & in ISA Server 2000.
I've matched their settings as well, they're the same.
I read in ISA Server 2000 books, that if I configured my clients to get DHCP from the server, I don't have to configure the IE proxy settings anymore. But like I said before, I don't allow my clients/users to use server internet connection; so I don't have to worry about it. The problem is that my server is the one that can't connect now.

No you can get ISA 2004 for shipping and handling.
Don't run the ISA 2000 wizard, run the Connect to internet wizard... I think the server had to have the proxy settings in IE?
