Hi Jenny,
Thanks for your reply, I checked that all you mentioned was ok (it was). I
checked the permission on the folder (..\Event Viewer\Security not (..\Event
Viewer\Security\Security since the later had no permission option...) and
found it to be as you wanted. I will try installing the SP1 when logged under
my account which is an administration account too (plus all the other like
schema admin etc.) and will let you know how it went.
