Renaming Administrator account

I understand that it is good practice to rename the Administrator account. I
have also read that renaming the administrator account and then creating a
new administrator account with only guest access can throw a potential
hacker off course.

What is the best practice for this ?

Are there any other security practices that should be carried out on a SBS
that are not documented ?
