RE: New user default Browser home page

Hello Scott,

Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.

I understand that you want to deploy domain workstations IE home page
setting via GPO. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let me know.

Thanks a lot for Cris' input!

Please see my following steps:

1. Open Group Policy Management from Administrative Tools.

2. Expand to Forest\Domains\DomainName.Local\Group Policy Objects.

3. You can right click Group Policy Objects and create a new Group Policy
Objects.

4. Right click the newly created Group Policy Object and select Edit.

5. In the Group Policy Object Editor, expand to User Configuration\Windows
Settings\Internet Explorer Maintenance\URLs.

6. On the right pane, double click Important URLs.

7. Check the box "Customize Home Page URL" and input the URL as your
require.

8. Close Group Policy Object Editor.

9. Link the Group Policy Object to the OU.

10. Open a command window, type "gpupdate" (without quotation marks).

11. Test the issue.
