Hi Shaun:
Thanks for the update.
Yes, you can move the monitoring folder back to the C:\inetpub folder and
configure the correct path for it. I will mail you the compressed file
including all the files in the monitoring folder. Regarding the companyweb
issue, I suggest you create a new thread for it. Please understand that we
can only focus on one issue per thread. Although we provide other
information for your reference, we recommend you post different incidents
in different threads to keep the thread clean. In doing so, it will ensure
your issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a nice day!
Best Regards
Edward Tian(MSFT)

| I applied all files to the folder - RWW now works thanks
| there was one file msrdp.cab in the remote folder I replaced all with
your
| files
|
| the same issue was evidenced on my customers server so i will repeat the
fix
| this happend after i updated both servers to SP1
|
| I am afraid by comparing both boxes i noticed that monitoring folder is
now
| no longer in the C:\inetpub folder on my box but in a document folder
very
| strange the path to it is correct so it works I will move this back into
the
| C:\inetpub folder and ensure the path links to it - do you agree?
|
| I notice on my clients server this folder is missing so can i copy this
| across currently my monitoring folder has 17 files two folders if this is
| incorrect could you zip me a copy of this folder as well via email.
|
| so to recap RWW and OWA both work on server and workstations on the LAN
|
| http://companyweb fails on both still can we move forward on this issue
| all i see is The page cannot be displayed
| thanks very much
| I need to fix this on the test server and on production at my small law
firm
| as their companyweb intranet is down as well as mine
| its a similar problem on mine and their production box after i applied
| service pack 1
|
| thanks very much I await your response
