Dreaded POP3 connector..

Clients inform me that they realise some emails are not coming in recently

Email is at ISP... pop3 connector eventids 1030 logs in correctly, then
eventids 1049 and gives it a message ID, then 1051 delivered successfully,

I was wondering where it has gone as it doesn't reach the mailbox ?
