CompanyWeb announcments crashes IE

Hello Group,
Strange issues here. CompanyWeb has been working fine until the past couple
days. The page loads and all parts are accessible except the "Announcements"
area. The settings on this area were opened up to allow users to post
announcements and had been working fine. There are no announcements on the
page and suddenly when the "New Announcement" link is click IE crashes. I
have tried this from several computers and even on the server itself. Below

Again, this is the only area of the CompanyWeb that is causing this issue.
All computers running XP Pro with current updates. Any information, thoughts
