Is this an in-place upgrade to XP Pro from W2k Pro? If so, this is a known
issue with a known resolution.

On the workstation, Start->Run, "gpedit.msc"

> Expand Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local

> On the right side of the snap-in, find "Allow logon through Terminal
