Issue description:
===============

I understand that you encountered problem when you want to access the
internal website from internet.

================

In order to narrow down the issue, please perform the steps and gather more
information:

1. Could you tell us the detailed error message you encountered when you
access the internal website and FTP from the internet?
2. Please also tell us which kinds of website you could not access from
website, if you use https://Server public IP/exchange, did you encountered
any problem or not?
3. Please rerun CEICW to make sure that all website is published correctly,

4. Do you have router installed on your SBS server, if so please also make
sure that all the port such as 25 443 80 444 is opened on the router.

For your convenience, I would like to give you some detailed steps about
publishing FTP server on SBS domain:

The FTP traffic requires at least 2 ports.
1. Active mode FTP:
Port N
Port N-1
2. Passive mode FTP:
Port N
Another random port

The standard FTP port is TCP 21. Thus, for active mode FTP, we need to open
TCP 21 and 20. For Passive mode FTP, besides the TCP21, we may need to open
a scope of IP addresses.

For standard version SBS server with basic firewall, for security reason
it's recommended to publish the FTP in active mode. We suggest only using
active mode FTP. We can configure the basic firewall settings in RRAS.

1. Open RRAS in Administrator tools
2. Expand the tree of "local server"-"IP Routing"
3. Click "NAT/Basic Firewall", and then navigate to "Network Connection".
4. Right Click "Properties".
5. In the tab "NAT/Basic Firewall" then you can configure detail firewall
configuration.
6. In the "Service and Ports" tab, you can right handle configure the
firewall setting for FTP.

For premium SBS server with ISA installed, ISA server integrated with a FTP
filter which can automatically open the ports for passive mode FTP. So we
need to configure the server publishing rule. You can refer to the KB
article below to double check it:
