I understand that you are using Zyxel Omni 56K fax-modem to send fax.
However, I cannot find this fax modem in our Windows Server Catalog, so we
cannot guarantee whether it works compatible with Windows Serve 2003.

You mentioned "The delay is no issue at all", I would like to double
confirm whether the issue has disappeared or not. I suggest that we wait
for couple of days and see whether this issue will appear again.
