Help Please - no access to Web Sites

We have a big problem with our SBS2003 environment - all been working fine
until we installed Cisco VPN client on the server to try accessing a
client's network. We've since removed the Cisco software but now I can ping
web sites fine (and obviously can get to newsgroups like this) but cant
browse to them from IE. Status bar at bottom of IE says web site found but
it never brings back the page?

Appreciate any help or advice......
