RWW? What is this? Finally an acronym I don't know!
Companyweb and backup work.

It's SBS2003SP1. After some other problem I did a complete reinstallation,
including the service packs (Server 2003 SP1, Exchange SP1, XPSP2, SBS 2003
SP1). After reinstalling monitoring according to a knowledge base article, I
reapplied the service packs (when reinstalling monitoring the system tells me
that some components had been overwritten by a SP and I shoudl reinstall the
packs, which I did).

It worked fine until I had to reinstall the system. Did not work since.

Not sure what you mean here. The performance report shows "Report created on
21.10.2005 at 6:00 AM", the usage report I just created, current timestamp,
but it was freshly-baked, yet useless (the
\#L_USAGE_WEB_ACTIVITY_TEXT\#Web Activity by Computer
type of lines I described in my original post).
