Re: SBS Premium, Secure Banking site, certificate = no joy

Dear Gary:
Thanks for your update.

Generally speaking, the new configuration information for the Firewall and
Web Proxy clients is stored on the ISA firewall. By default, the Firewall
and Web Proxy clients automatically update their configuration every six
hours.

After you tried step 3 & 4, can I assume that you will be able to access
this Banking site?

Look forward to hearing how it goes!

Have a nice day. :-)

Best Regards
Edward Tian(MSFT)

| Thanks for the detailed response.
|
| I have tried most of the things listed here, but was not aware that the
| firewall on the client didnt pull configuration changes automatically.
| The tip about running the test on the firewall client will probably
| help.
|
| Right now the clients are configured as both Web and Firewall clients.
| >From my understanding this means that http requests are run through the
| proxy and https requests are run through the firewall. (Am I right
| here?)
|
| I had set the connection limit to unlimited in the hopes of fixing the
| issue with out any luck, although updating the client settings may
| resolve my problem. Ive tried suggestion 3 and 4 as well but again
| updating client settings on this will probably solve things.
|
| I will test tonight and let you know how things go.
