Thank you for your response.
Last night I installed Outlook 2000 on the problem system.
It could successfully SEND and receive mail.
Incredimail still installed on the system could not SEND.
One small note was that on Outlook 2000 I had to disable SPA to get it to work.
I suspect that the secure password signon may have changed since 2000 and needs a patch to work.
On my system with Outlook 2003 it works with SPA enabled.
Both systems and softwares are configured to use POP3 and SMTP.
RPC over HTTP is not used on ether.

Both OWA and RPC have been unusable since the SBS SP1 upgrade.
However since we were not really using those features except for testing they have not been a
priority.
My next step is to install Incredimail on my system and see if it works there with her email
address.
