Thanks for your rely.

I have discussed with other experienced engineer and we recommend you do as
following:

1. Go to the "print" server, open the print dialog box, click Server
properties, click the driver tab and remove the driver Windows NT x86
Version-3.

2. Go to the client, delete the logical printer first. Then go into printer
dialog box and go into the server properties driver tab and remove the
unused drivers as indicated in the previous step.

3. Reboot the client.

Does the situation occur again?
