Hi Dave,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
According to your post, do you mean you have changed the password through
entering CTL+ ALT +DEL to match domain password on laptop, however you can
not logon to domain using the changed password.
As I know, if you have a machine that is currently logged on with cached
credentials and use VPN connection to connect your domain and change the
domain password, your local password cache may not be changed.
You may use the VPN at the logon screen to connect to the domain and then
log into domain to change the password and local password cache.
1. At the logon screen check the "Log on using dial-up connection" box, and
select the VPN connection to connect to domain.
2. Then log into domain and try to change the password.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

| Actually that is the problem, they are domain computers. I have three
laptops
| that are remote right now and one that is in the office. All four have
| mismatched passwords and I can't get them to sync up.
|
| Even the laptop that is in the office. I have to log on with on password
and
| then use another password to get access to resources on the server. Yes
the
| laptop is part of the domain and is logging into the domain at the login
| screen.
|
| Please help, Dave.
