? SBS comes with Exchange. You can have another DC, but you don't need
another Exchange box, do you? And you don't want POP. Train your users.

RPC over HTTP, VPN, etc....and show him that OWA is pretty damned nice.

Guaranteed. Also, sent items won't get sync'd - no calendar/contacts/GAL
access. Etc. I won't do it.
