cd \inetpub\adminscrips - press ENTER
cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set w3svc/anonymoususerpass <password> - press ENTER
cscript.exe adsutil.vbs set w3svc/wamuserpass <password> - press ENTER

4. I rest the IIS - Start RUN - type iisreset

5. I edited the Directory Security settings of the "Remote" directory under
the IIS Default Web Site application. I changed the field "Use the following
Windows account for anonymous access to the Administrator account I renter
the password.

6 .I rest the IIS - Start RUN - type iisreset

7. I went to Active Directory Users and Computers and I renamed
IUSER_SERVER1 and IWAM_SERVER1 account to IUSER_SERVER and IWAM_SERVER

8. I reset the password for those 2 accounts

9. I rest the IIS - Start RUN - type iisreset

10. I edited the Directory Security settings of the "Remote" directory under
the IIS Default Web Site application. I changed the field "Use the following
Windows account for anonymous access to the IUSER_SERVER account I renter the
password

11. I reset password using Start RUN CMD
