Issue description:

I understand that you encountered a system crash after a power failure now
you could not connect to internet from SBS 2000 server itself. And you
could not start the firewall services also.

Analyzing and suggestions:
================

As the issue occurs after power failure, so it might be your best interest
to call CSS to solve the issue, please kindly refer to the information
below:

If you still want to get support from us, I am glad to offer some
additional suggestion:

1. Please check if you have APC power software installed on your SBS 2000,
we have many known issue which is caused by this kinds of software, please
kindly remove it from SBS side.
2. You can also boot in safe mode and follow the suggestion of Kevin to
uninstall the software.
3. Please also collect the error event log on the SBS 2000 server to paste
any related error message on the event view to newsgroup.
4. If possible, please try to stop any third party services on SBS 2000
side to see if you can restart the firewall services on SBS 2000?
