Changing internet static IP

I realize there is a wizard to change the SBS2003 servers local LAN address
but what about if I need to change our Internet static IP.
All of the DNS naming and MX records will be the same, they will be changed
to point to the new IP address by our ISP.
Do I simply re-run CEICW?
What about the SBS-generated certificates - will they become invalid and
need to be regenerated?
Thanks.
