RE: Monitoring & Reporting email display name

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your update.
As you mentioned, you have changed the 'RegisteredOrganisation' key for our
clients and it worked for all but one. The one which didn't change is the
one which sends with the display name 'Administrator' and no matter what i
change the key to, it always uses this display name.
To isolate this issue, please help me collect the following information:
1. What's the exact problem symptom? Please paste appropriate contents of
the problematic 'usage/performance report' or 'Alert e-mail' in your reply.
Note: Alternatively, you may make some screen shots of it, and attach it in
your reply.
2. Did you refer to my previous reply to change the sender's 'Display
name' for the Alert e-mail?
I appreciate your time and cooperation. If anything is unclear, please feel
free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Nathan Liu (MSFT)
