I am having the same problem and have attempted the "manual"
registration with a master admin account with no change in results - so
don't bother trying a different account. The Symantec guy I have been
working with has suggested disabling the ISA server just for long
enough to update the Symantec product but I don't think that's an
acceptable solution at all. I figure that since they have never
updated or connected at all, they have a claim against Symantec to get
their money back so they can go with something that works.
