Jerry,
In answer to your questions.
1. I can not RDP to the SBS server from an internal client workstation using
its internal IP address
2. I can ping the internal IP address of the SBS server but I can not telnet
in on 3389
3. I can not connect to the SBS server using RWW.
4. I have performed a clean boot. This has had no effect.

6. I ran the command line as suggested and was unable to connect to
"localhost".
7. Our server Only has 1 NIC. IP Address 192.168.12.25. There are 53 client
machines on the network. We are running ISA on a separate box which has an
internal address of IP 192.168.12.27.
