So, to recap
Cheap Modems use too much CPU and will HARD lock the server.
Internal modems too? or just cheap modems?
If you are going to use an internal modem use a Hayes or US Robotics and you
will have no problems?

OR

Only use external modems becuase of the above problems?

Is there anything official (KB) from MS on this problem/issue?
