HI Ray,
Welcome to SBS newsgroup.
Issue description:
==============
I understand that some of contacts you imports from your home computer is
missing when you check it on OWA.
Analyzing and suggestions:
==============
Before we go any further, we would like to know which kinds of contacts is
missing when you view it in OWA, you can import the contacts again to see
if the issue can be resolved or not.
As you have already got the contacts on your office desktop client
computer, the issue might occur when the OAB is not sync with SBS server,
you can refer to my suggestion below to double check it.
You can refer to the steps below to disable cache mode of Exchange 2003, so
that you can make the outlook 2003 to sync with Exchange 2003 about the OAB
files which the contacts on OWA stores.
1 Click "Tools", click "E-Mail Accounts", click "View or change existing
e-mail accounts", and then click "Next".
2 In the "Name "list, click your Microsoft Exchange server, and then click
"Change".
3 Uncheck the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" option.
4 Close and restart Outlook 2003 for the change to take effect.
Please change it back after the contacts on OWA is sync successfully with
outlook 2003, I also know that it might need some time to sync the outlook
contacts with Exchange 2003:
For more information about Cached Exchange Mode, please refer to the
following link:

Hope the above information helpful, please feel free to post back. I will
be here waiting for your updates.
Best regards,
Charles Yang (MSFT)

| Hi All
|
| Can ayaone help with this OWA problem. I have imported a PST of my
contacts
| from my home machine into outlook 2003 client on my new SBS 2003 server.
If I
| run the client on my desltop PC it shows all 375 of my contacts. However
when
| I run OWA I only get 188 contacts with the msiisning ones being at the
end of
| my conatcts listing. I Bit I am doing something totally stupid But I dont
| quite know what it is so any help would be much appreciated.
|
| I Did think it was maybe due to the sync time between my Outlook client
and
| the SBS2003 server, ie I did not have my desltop client opne for that
long
| after the import.
|
| Thanks
|
