Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.

I understand that you have two issues on your client workstations:

a. When you synchronizing user1's offline files, the other users' offline
files also will be synchronized.

b. In the start menu, you can see other clients' profiles.

If I have misunderstood your issues, please let me know.

I have tested your issues on my machine, and the conclusion is these two
issues are abnormal.

a. If you log in client workstation as user 1 account, you only will
synchronize user 1's offline files.

b. Also, if you log in client workstation as user 1 account, the start menu
only will display user 1's start menu.

I think these two issue may relates, because user1's offline files and user
1's start menu all store in the user 1's profile in C:\Documents and
settings\user 1. So please take your time perform all my following
suggestions and help to gather the error information for troubleshooting:

1> Please ask the problematic client to log in another client workstation,
will this issue occur? Also, ask another client to log in another client
workstation, will this issue occur?

2> Please make sure that you have correctly configured Folder Redirection.

a. Expand to Server Management\Standard Management\Shares (Local).

b. On the right pane, click Configure My Documents Redirection.

c. Please select "Redirect all My Documents folders to the..­.".

d. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Group Policy
Management.

e. Expand to Forest\Domains\Yourdomain.local\Group Policy Objects\Small
Business Server Folder Redirection.

f. On the right pane, click Settings tab.

g. Show User Configuration\Folder Redirection\My Documents\Settings:.

h. Here, you will the Path after My Document being redirected. By default,
it is \\servername\Users\%USERNAME%\My Documents.

i. When domain clients log in domain next time, the GPO will apply.

3> On the problematic client workstation, check problematic client (e.g.
User1) profile. To do so:

a. Log in the client workstation as User1.

b. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\User1\Start Menu. Can you see any
unusual folders, like User2, User3, etc?

c. Also, go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu. Can you see
any unusual folders, like User2, User3, etc?

d. Again, go to C:\Documents and Settings\User1, is there any unusual
folders?

4> Please capture two screen shots for the following paths.

a. C:\Documents and Settings\User1\Start Menu\Programs.

b. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs.

5> Perform Clean Boot on the problematic client workstation:

a. Click Start->Run, type "MSCONFIG" (without the quotation marks) and
click OK.

b. In the System Configuration Utility (MSConfig) window, click the
"Startup" tab.

c. Click to clear all the check marks from the list box under "Startup".

d. Click the Services tab, check the "Hide all Microsoft Services" box and
then click the "Disable All" button to disable the non-Microsoft services.

e. Click OK to close the MSConfig window. Click Yes when you are asked to
restart your computer in order to enable the changes.

f. After restarting, please check whether this issue still exists.

6> Also, please help to gather msinfo32 information:

a. On the problematic client workstation, go to Start -> Run "msinfo32"
(without quotation marks).

b. On the Tool bar, click File, and click "Save" the report to a .nfo file
and then upload this file here. I will do some analysis of your system
information.
