Slow logging in

Hi,
Our domain consists of 1 small business 2003 server and 5 Windows XP
clients. Everything was working fine until yesterday. We had to change our
broadband router due to change in our ISP and as result, the IP address of
our server had to change.
After the change, we noticed logging in Windows XP clients are very slow and
system stays on "applying your personal setting" screen for more than 2
minutes.
I found these events in server and clients event log. Any idea what should I
do?
I checked DNS server on both server and client and they all match.
Thanks

Fix possible misconfiguration(s) specified above and initiate registration
or deletion of the DNS records by running 'nltest.exe /dsregdns' from the
command prompt or by restarting Net Logon service. Nltest.exe is available
