Answer to your qeustions in order
1 : Appointment was created Calender in Mailbox (current user) via Outlook
2003
which failed to sync with PPC.
2. All the email accounts were deleted in Outlook2003. Then setup again to
user mailbox
3 :
3.1 : Was unable to start in safe mode. all the addins were disabled via the
opitions panel. issue still persists.
3.2 ; created New Profile, all perivous were deleted. issue still persists.
3.3 Did a search on cilent computer for the following cahce files
- extend.dat
- outcmd.dat
- frmcache.dat
- views.dat
Could not be found there fore could not rename them. - issue still persists.
hope this helps. we were thinking a re-install of outlook2003 on cilient Pc
might help
