Internet access don't work...

It's a SBS 2003 Premium, installed with ISA Server 2000.
The problem is that browsing the internet doesn't work, it gives always "The page cannot be displayed" error. Either from the server itself or from a workstation, configured to use the proxy. I've re-checked the IE connection settings.
The dns are working ok, this server works as a mailserver and that is working perfectly. Also testing doing a ping to a random url name, works with no problem. The ip resolve from the server or the workstations is working with no problem.
To try to solve this i've re-run the internet access wizaard on the server, but didn't changed anything.
Changing users don't work either, being the admin or a user added to the internet access group has no effect, i've also checke on ISA server that
the rules that allow these users to access where enabled.
What could be causing this problems?
Regards, Fernando .
