Thanks for the email.

Please kindly follow the steps of my previous reply to check if the issue
can be resolved: rename the outlook.ost file to outlook.ostold, and then
create a new .ost.

Additionally, based on my research, there is not a sign that the hard drive
is starting to fail.

If the issue still persists, please also perform the following test to
check if the issue can be resolved.

Test 1: Safe Mode and Test 2: Clean Cache, you may refer to my previous
reply to get the detailed steps.

If the issue persists, please paste the all contents of sync issue in your
reply for further troubleshooting.
